Rachel works in the central policy team, set up to support the development and adoption of new, high-impact policies that will unlock progress in Nesta’s missions. Rachel leads on some of Nesta's wider policy work - such as Nesta and BIT's annual conference Policy Live and UK 2040 Options - and has collaborated with the fairer start and healthy life mission teams. She has a background working in central Government and in law.
